We are genuinely confident in the quality of each piece of headwear we make, which is why every rosebloom style is protected by our Crown Code Warranty. All purchases are covered for defects in material and workmanship for the duration of your ownership. We will gladly work with you to return or replace headwear that does not perform as intended or expected, with exceptions as noted below.
What’s covered:
Material defects in the materials used, guaranteeing longevity and durability.
Workmanship issues related to the craftsmanship of your headwear.
What’s not covered:
Everyday use, normal wear and tear, and structural decline from normal use.
Damage caused by improper care, misuse, or neglect.
Alterations or modifications made to the hat by non-authorized parties.
Accidental damage, such as stains, rips, sweat, dirt, or tears
Theft.

Crown Code Warranty requests for purchases made with one of our valued partners can be executed with the original vendor.
