If your Rosebloom isn’t the fit you expected when it arrives, we will work with you to exchange your initial purchase of new and unworn* headwear for a different style and/or size. If a rosebloom just isn’t for you, we are here to help make it right. Email hello@rosebloomheadwear.com to start the process.

Please allow up to two weeks for returns and exchanges to process and ship. we appreciate your reciprocal extension of grace while we work to make every client’s experience a perfect fit.

Our apologies, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges from our partner merchants.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to two weeks to receive your refund.

*Headwear must be in a condition covered in the crown code warranty.
